* Ability to driver over a long period of time
BUILDER
REQUIREMENTS
* A degree or diploma in construction management
* Must have 5 years experience in managing and supervising various types of construction project including residential, commercial and industrial building
* Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials and best practices
* Leadership ability to manage construction crews, subcontractors and other workers on site effectively
* Ability to ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards during the construction process
* A polite and professional, good customer relation.
* Analutical ability to assess project feasibility, cost estimation, and risk management.
CIVIL ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS
* B.S.C or BTECH in Civil Engineering
* Must have 2 years experience in real estate project
* Should have strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods and materials.
* Ability to plan, execute and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
* Ability to ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards during the construction process

* Analytical to ability to assess project feasibility, cost estimation and risk management.
